Prices and orders
Prices are in Indian rupees. Product prices include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and applicable discounts are displayed before payment. MRP and selling price, where both appear, are distinct. Any future price changes do not retrospectively change an already accepted order.
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock or confirm an order. Orders require successful payment and an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order because of an availability issue or a material listing error, we will contact you to explain the options and refund amounts due for a cancelled order.
Payments
Orders are prepaid. Payments are processed by the payment providers available at checkout, including Razorpay where enabled. We receive transaction information needed to manage the order, but do not receive or store your complete card credentials.
Preorders, dispatch and cancellation
Preorder checkout opens on 10 October 2026 at 12:00 AM IST. Launch preorders are scheduled for dispatch on 24 October 2026. Delivery occurs after dispatch. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy explain the applicable process and form part of these terms.
