Due to the nature of herbal wellness and personal care products, we maintain strict quality control standards.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

· The product was damaged during transit.

· The wrong product was delivered.

To request a return:

· Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

· Share clear images of the product and packaging.

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

· Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

· Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

· Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Motherland Origins reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
